Operating system

Operating system is the interface between computer and application software packages . Without OS no computer can be operated. For a computer system, it is regarded as the heart of living being . In other world ,the OS is defined as a program or suite of programs that control the entire operation of the computer, such as recognizing input from the keyboard , sending output to the display screen ,keeping track of files and directories on the disk , and controlling peripheral devices such as disk drives and printers etc . The routines , which performed input and output were especially important .Each input and output device had its own characteristics requiring careful programming .A special program routine was written for each input/output (I/O) device.

Information And Technology Management

Information Technology is the study or use of systems such as computers and telecommunications for storing , retrieving and sending information. IT stands for Information Technology.

Tourism

Nepal , a country of full of natural beauty .A number of tourists visit nepal within a year. Tourism is an activity that takes place for leisure or business and stay for at least 24 hours .World Tourism Organization defined tourist as person who travel to and stay in places outside their usual environment for leaisure, business etc . IT helps both tourist and country because it provide information about destination fields , so tourist are really help to make their visits successful.

Science and Technology Research

The development in the fields of science and research has directly linked with the standard lifestyle of people . Science has ovecome different difficulties . Different scientist are doing research for the invention of new technology and they are helped by Information Technology .IT provides necessary information for their research which helps for the fast finding . Computer Technology

Computer is an advanced electronic and programmable device which takes raw data as input from the user then process the data as per given instruction then gives output and stores it for future use. An automatic electronic apparatus of making calculations or controlling operation that are expressible in numerical or logic nature. The computer word is derived from the latin word 'computare' (compute in english) , which means to calculate .The word calculate mean to find out the result of some operation on numeric and non-numeric valves. Computer helps us to do different works like research, file making etc .IT develop the compuer technology and computer technology is developing day by day in a rapid way.

Engineering

Information Technology are spread in different fields and help in the development of respective fields and it is link with engineering too . Engineering are the major subjects that the students choose .These students have to do so many of research and should find different engineering terms . So, IT help them for the research . IT provides information about engineering for the general public.

Medicine

The diseases are increasing day to day and it is spreading throughout the world and it can be major reason for the undevelopment of the world. So, scientists are engaged in the preparation of different medicine for the cure of respective diseases. Without medicine , the world may be vanished till now . But through the hard work scientist , they had been success in their work and also working for future . These all work are success due to Information Technology. IT provides information on the disease , so scientist can work on that diseases.

Finance

Finance is related with the money and money related works . It is the direct source for the development of the particular country. Government tries to find out the economy structure of the citizens of the country and tries their best for the improvement . But going one to one house , it will be difficult in the works . So, with the help of Information Technology(IT) , they can get information of every citizens of the country.

Industry

The growth of industry is increasing in the world . Due to industry , general public can get the basic needs faster and cheaper . Industry develops foods , clothes etc . It get idea of making basic needs by the Information Technology. IT gives the information about how to getraw materials and how to prepare it and how to make reach to general public .

Communication

Communication is the sharing of information from one person to another from any part of world. Due to the communication , people are facilite and can do the any works from from any parts of the world .Now, people can reach far distance far distance within a seconds which they have to walk for months . For eg Mr X from America can talk to Mr Y in Nepal within a milliseconds. These all is due to the development in Information Technology.Without communication the development works cann't be success .

Economy

Information Technology provides information about the agriculture method to increase their products . IT provides the information about the proper way of growing faster and in large quantity.

Network

Network is the combination of two or more computer in order to share resources like data , instruction and information . It plays a vital role in the development of communication facilities . Networking is used in every fields such as bank , industries , factories , govenment , company , home etc. It is helping people to be connected each other. Other programs like FM are also using network and earning income through advertisement. Network is helpfull to different person like scientist , students ,engineeer and general public too . scientist is using network in order to find new technology , students are using it for the development of education and for doing research and general public is using it to communicate to each other faster.

Internet

Internet is the network of networks. It means it is the combination of networks worldwide. Internet is also related with information technology. It helps people to do different works within seconds . It provides people the facility of communicating to each other from any part of the world. Internet also provides job to the people , so it is helping to decrease the unemployment problems of the world . Internet provides different kinds of services such as e-mail , chatting , video chatting , communication , net phone etc

Network Topology

Network Topology is the physical structure of computer in the network. It is the topology in which computers are connected to each other in different way in order to share resoures like data and information . There are four types of network topology i.e. Bus Topology, Ring Topology, Star Topology and Mesh Topology. Its types are described below in a regular way:::

Bus Topology

Bus Topology is the topology in which computer are connected to each other through a straight line cable in the network . Data are transfered through the straight cable from one computer to another. Terminater is used to reduce the loss of the data.

Ring Topology

Ring topology is the topology in which computer are connected to each other in a ring or circle way in the network. Data from one computer to another computer are transfered in the anti-clockwise or clockwise. If the cable is disturb in any point then whole connection is disconnected and data cann't be access.

Star Topology

Star Topology is the topology in which computer are connected through hubs .All the computer are connected on hubs and data can be exchange through hubs . At first client computer connected to hubs and then hubs connect to server computer and the data can exchange.

Mesh Topology

Mesh Topology is the topology in which every computer are connected to every computer in the network. In this topology any computer can connect to any computer and can share resources . If the connection of any two computers is disconnected then these two computer can connect through another cable.

IT & NETWORK

IT is the world famous technology. IT stands for Information Technology. IT is the major subject among different student i these 21st century. Network is the combination of two or more than two computers in order to share resources like data, instructions etc .IT is growing day by day and helping to fulfill the basic needs of common people .
